Delete your Tessera account

In the game: open Settings, Account, Delete account. Your cloud save and your account are deleted immediately. You can choose whether the progress on that device is erased too.

Without the game: email [email protected] from the email address of your linked Google or Apple account and ask for deletion. We delete the account and its cloud save within 30 days and confirm by reply.

What is deleted: your account (anonymous or linked), your cloud save (progress, choices, settings) and your sign-in link. Usage statistics, if you allowed them, are not tied to your account and expire after 2 months.

An anonymous account that was never linked holds nothing that identifies you, so it can only be deleted from inside the game.

Without deleting your account: turn off "Share anonymous usage data" in Settings, Account to stop usage statistics (what was collected expires after 2 months). Settings, Reset progress erases the progress on that device. To remove your cloud save too, email [email protected] from your linked account's address and we delete the cloud save only, within 30 days.
